Practical, engaging presentations and workshops built around leadership, management, organizational performance, and execution. Programs can be tailored to leadership teams, managers, employees, and organizational events.

Organizational P&A

Organizations often know when something is not working long before they understand why. Declining performance, recurring bottlenecks, unclear accountability, frustrated employees, missed priorities, and inconsistent results are often symptoms of deeper organizational conditions. SWL’s Organizational Performance Assessment is designed to identify those conditions. Using our proprietary MOPPE™ Performance Framework, SWL conducts a structured examination of the organization to identify performance strengths, material weaknesses, root causes, and areas requiring leadership attention. Depending on the engagement, the assessment may include leadership and employee interviews, document and performance-data review, process examination, and operational observation. Leadership receives clear findings, prioritized recommendations, and a practical 90-Day Improvement Roadmap designed to answer three questions: What is happening? Why is it happening? What should we do about it?

Management & Operations Consulting

Strong organizations require management systems and operations that support the people responsible for delivering results. SWL works with leaders to identify and correct management and operational conditions that create unnecessary complexity, slow decision-making, weaken accountability, waste resources, or prevent teams from performing effectively.

Consulting engagements are tailored to the organization and may address management structure, decision authority, accountability, workflow, operational bottlenecks, organizational capacity, cross-functional coordination, performance measurement, and execution.

Our objective is not to introduce complexity for the sake of consulting. It is to help leadership understand what is preventing the organization from performing as intended and develop practical solutions that can be implemented and measured.

Leadership & Management Development

SWL believes organizations need people who understand how to both manage effectively and lead effectively. Managers manage tasks, systems, resources, standards, and accountability. Leaders engage, influence, and develop people. High-performing organizations require both.

SWL develops managers and organizational leaders through practical training focused on the challenges they face in the workplace. Programs may address accountability, communication, decision-making, delegation, conflict, team performance, coaching and development, organizational execution, and the transition from individual contributor to manager or from manager to organizational leader. Training can be delivered through workshops, leadership development programs, management training, and customized organizational engagements.
